We offer Free UK Delivery. We use Royal Mail as our domestic courier.
Next Week Day delivery available (excluding custom print and personalised items)
FAST international shipping. Our international courier is DHL / Deutsche post (we may from time to time use other international couriers, you will receive tracking info and delivery estimates).
Returns:
We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to make every single one of our customers 100% satisfied. If there is a fault, or any problem with your product please notify us immediately to get an exchange. A full, no-quibble refund will be given if we cannot replace the faulty item with a new one. You can shop with us, safe in the knowledge that we will help you with your order in any way we can.
Returns must be sent back to us within 60 days of order date and be in original unused condition. Refunds and exchanges are issued as soon as we recieve the return item.
